Job summary

Valtech Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to migrate an enterprise platform from Sitecore to Contentful and to continue modernising frontend applications with React and TypeScript. The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, API integrations, and headless CMS expertise across multilingual, multisite deployments.

You will own complex migration components, contribute to CI/CD and testing, and collaborate with architects and content teams to deliver scalable digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial software engineering experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience migrating, modernising or refactoring frontend applications.
• Practical experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful) and understanding of Sitecore.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns and content modelling.
• Experience with backend development, migration scripting or data transformation.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and spec-driven development approaches.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Migrate Sitecore-backed applications to Contentful and modernise frontend.
• Develop, refactor and enhance frontend applications using React/TypeScript.
• Replace Sitecore-specific dependencies with Contentful-compatible solutions.
• Develop tooling for content migration and automated transformations.
• Implement Contentful content models and API integrations.
• Ensure migrated apps meet functionality, performance, accessibility and quality.
• Apply an AI-first mindset to accelerate development and migration.
• Utilise AI coding assistants with responsible review and testing.
