Infinite Services in Warsaw‑based operations seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Quantitative Developer) to design AI‑driven pricing models for trading applications, merging real-time market data with ML into robust production systems.

You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and traders to translate research into low‑latency trading software, with opportunities to grow within international projects and a flexible remote or hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a computational or scientific field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Analytical Software Engineering or Quantitative Development.
• Strong Python with TensorFlow or PyTorch; knowledge of C++ or Rust for low-latency is an advantage.
• Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift) and real‑time data systems (Kafka).
• Experience building, training, and deploying large-scale models (DL, transformers, RL) for predictive or algorithmic use cases.
• Solid foundation in applied mathematics, statistics, and numerical methods.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with market microstructure, pricing models, and trading systems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across research, engineering, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced pricing models powered by large-scale ML with real-time and historical data.
• Collaborate with researchers to deploy AI/ML models into production trading systems.
• Build and maintain model training, backtesting, and deployment pipelines for high-volume, low-latency processing.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and distributed frameworks to extract features and improve models.
• Write clean, testable code for live trading environments and monitor drift, latency, and consistency.
• Partner with AI researchers, analysts, and traders to ensure models align with trading strategies.
