Job summary

SoftServe is seeking a Python developer to contribute to a range of applications and services across data analytics, web, mobile, and integration streams. You will design, implement, and maintain Python services while ensuring security and performance in line with client expectations.

Key responsibilities include building microservices, optimizing performance, and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions using Django/Flask/FastAPI and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Python development.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of databases, including SQL and NoSQL, and hands-on experience with ORM tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.

Job description

In this role, you will cooperate with our Client, an intergovernmental organization that offers inventors a uniform application procedure for seeking patent protection in up to 40 European countries. You will contribute to the digital transformation of the patent granting process and corporate services, working on resilient infrastructure built to the highest standards of IT security. You will join a growing SoftServe team working across several streams, including a data analytics platform and web, mobile, and integration applications.
