Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the MyDevOps platform team. You will develop and maintain an internal developer platform that supports access management, license management, automation, integrations, and self-service workflows for engineering tools.

This role is in a remote setup with a dynamic team. The position requires 5+ years of software development, strong Python with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and front-end skills (JavaScript/React).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong Python focus with backend skills (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Alembic).
• Frontend experience with JavaScript and React.
• Experience with AWS services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent English language skills.

In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining an internal developer platform that supports access management, license management, automation, integrations, and self-service workflows for engineering tools. You will work in a remote setup, collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver impactful solutions. Your tasks

• Developing and maintaining both backend and frontend components of the MyDevOps platform
• Implementing new features and enhancements to improve platform functionality
• Building integrations with internal and external systems to streamline workflows
• Improving automation and self-service capabilities for engineering tools
• Supporting ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the platform
• Utilizing AI-assisted development tools to enhance the daily development workflow

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Python
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic for backend development
• Proficiency in REST API development and frontend technologies, including JavaScript and React
• Experience with AWS services, including AWS Lambda and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work with existing codebases and independently drive features
• Advanced level of English

Nice to have

• Experience in full-stack development within production environments
• Familiarity with designing and implementing API integrations
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development
• Previous work with developer platforms, identity management, or enterprise integrations
