Job summary

Trueplay is seeking a Senior Python Developer to build and maintain backend systems powering over 20 iGaming brands across 18 markets. You will mentor junior developers, lead system design discussions, and shape how our products are built.

You will design scalable backend services using FastAPI/Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS. Hybrid work model in Warsaw, Poland or Kyiv/Lviv, Ukraine, with flexible hours and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of modern Python web frameworks, relational databases, message queues, and container orchestration.
• Proven ability to make architectural decisions and communicate effectively with junior team members.
• Experience building production‑ready systems for high‑traffic applications.
