Job summary

EPAM is seeking a Senior Python Developer to design and build robust software solutions for data‑driven projects. You will apply Python, OOP, and solid algorithms to create scalable systems supporting quantitative analyses.

Work is hybrid in Poland with remote options within the country and occasional international assignments. You will use Pandas and NumPy, contribute to simulations and modeling, collaborate in Agile teams, and pursue growth through certifications and mentoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development using Python and Java or C++
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Background in mathematical, quantitative, optimization, and data analysis techniques
• Experience in quantitative or data analytic projects including simulation or modeling
• Familiarity with data analytical libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Agile environments
• Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
