Job summary

CBRE Advisory (CBRE sp. z o.o.) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a shopping center, coordinating internal and external teams, and driving performance against budgets.

You will liaise with tenants, clients and banks, manage receivables, and support leasing data integration into client systems. The role requires at least 3 years of property management experience in retail, strong English (B2) and Polish, and solid Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Property Manager (Retail sector preferred).
• English at least B2 level; Polish native/fluent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to new environments.
• Good analytical skills; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the shopping center.
• Coordinate tasks and manage people inside and outside the organization.
• Prepare business plans and OpEx/CapEx budgets for the property.
• Liaise with tenants, client and banks on day-to-day matters.
• Oversee receivables collection and prepare PM performance reports.
• Assist leasing data input into clients' systems and support lease management.
• Communicate with tenants and authorities; handle supplier price inquiries.
• Identify asset-enhancing opportunities across the portfolio.

What Will You Do

• You will undertake the day to day management of the shopping center
• Cooperate with third party services to fulfill company and client's expectations
• Coordinate different kind of tasks and manage people inside and outside of the organization
• Draw up a business plan plus prepare OpEx, CapEx and marketing budgets for the property
• Liaise with the tenants, client and it's banks where appropriate, on all day to day matters
• Active manage of receivables collection
• Prepare of PM performance reports together with Lease Administrator on monthly and quarterly basis
• Cooperate with client in all lease management connected issues and implementation of leasing data into clients system
• Handle the correspondence with tenants and authorities
• You will prepare inquiries and compare the prices of suppliers' services
• Identify asset enhancing opportunities across the portfolio

Our Requirements

• At least 3 year of experience on the position of Property Manager (Retail sector preferred) is a must
• Languages: English - intermediate both written and spoken (B2 level); Polish - native/fluent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated, focused and energetic
• Able to work under stressful circumstances
• Ability to adapt easily in the new environment
• Good analytical skills
• Good Knowledge in Excel
