Job description

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance&Operations to lead critical implementation projects within the Industrial Services Energy Utilities & Resources sector.
• The successful candidate will be accountable for the successful deployment of D365 F&O solutions across global factory and selling entities. This role focuses on bridging the gap between program delivery and on-site execution by developing detailed implementation and cutover plans, aligning cross-functional teams, coordinating resources, and proactively managing risks.

responsibilities :

• Developing and maintaining detailed, site-specific implementation plans aligned with central program templates.
• Leading and coordinating site-level preparation activities across functional areas such as Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Contracts, HR, and Finance.
• Managing the cutover planning process, including creation of checklists, resource allocation, and runbooks in coordination with central program guidance.
• Ensuring technical and operational readiness by tracking and closing readiness activities and dependencies.
• Serving as the primary liaison between central program management and local site teams to coordinate deployment timelines, issue resolution, and change management.
• Collaborating with deployment leads and subject matter experts to validate business scenarios, testing outcomes, and legacy system transitions.
• Identifying, documenting, and managing site-specific risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, escalating as necessary.
• Coordinating governance routines including readiness checkpoints, go/no-go decisions, early life support preparation, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Supporting change management efforts through communication rollouts, localized training coordination, and knowledge transfer facilitation without direct ownership of business readiness.
• Tracking and reporting implementation KPIs that incorporate program and operational metrics, service level agreements, and post-go-live support performance.
• Participating in lessons learned sessions post-deployment and contributing to continuous program improvement

requirements-expected :

• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide business applications, with significant experience in ERP implementations within engineering, design, and manufacturing environments.
• Formal project management certification such as PMI (PMP) or PRINCE2.
• Demonstrated expertise managing large, complex projects and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong command of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, cost, quality, human resources, communication, and risk management.
• Fluency in German OR English language is required to effectively coordinate with local site teams and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance&Operations (F&O) technology stack.
