Managing project scope, timeline, risks, and commercials (contract, budget, percentage of completion, change requests, etc.) of typically 6-12 month projects with a budget of up to 2,000,000 USD.u00A0

  • Partner up with the customer project manager in actively driving implementation projects to success, starting with an on-point definition and management of project goals and success criteria.u00A0
  • Coordinate project teams with customer and Syncron team members from different locations around the globe and coach them to follow out Syncronu2019s standardized methodology.u00A0
  • Identify and actively mitigate project risks together with the project Solution Architect and Technical Lead.u00A0
  • Drive the project team to progress u2013 leveraging end-to-end customer business process thinking rather than system capabilities and always keeping the project objectives and contractual conditions in mind.u00A0

Actively supporting the sales organization to pitch implementation proposals to customers and prospects, and preparing and reviewing project scope definitions, effort and budget estimates, and risk assessments u2013 internally and with customersu00A0
Taking over business responsibility for assigned projectsu00A0
  • Follow a KPI-based project status and health assessment approach to report and govern project health to the customer as well as to Syncron-internal stakeholders.u00A0
  • Compose the project team capacity plan and, in alignment with the delivery manager, making sure that the project team is set up for success.u00A0
  • Process month-end closing activities (approve project times and invoices, project completion & ETC assessment, revenue recognition and forecast, u2026).u00A0

  • Have completed university with a qualified degree, for example in Industrial Management, Economics, Engineering.u00A0
  • Worked a minimum of 10 years implementing standard software, of which no less than 5 years you managed projects of a similar size.u00A0
