Job summary

HeadHR in Poland is seeking an experienced Programmatic Campaign Manager to own planning, execution, and optimization across DV360, TradeDesk, and Amazon DSP. You will collaborate with regional teams across Europe and the U.S., monitor performance, deliver daily pacing and reporting, and provide data-driven commentary to drive client objectives.

This hybrid role requires strong Excel/Sheets skills, English fluency and Polish at B1/B2, and readiness to work from a Polish office two days per week.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns (DV360 or equivalent).
• Openness to learning new DSP platforms and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive data-driven insights.
• Adaptability and flexibility regarding evolving campaign priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Fluency in English and minimum B1/B2 level Polish knowledge.
• Readiness to work in a hybrid setup from one of the offices in Poland.
