The Academy of Justice invites applications for a university professor position within the Institute of Management and Quality Sciences. This full-time role reports to the Rector-Commandant and focuses on research and teaching activities in social sciences.

The appointee will lead research projects, publish in reputable outlets, mentor junior researchers, and contribute to didactic work across locations including Warsaw and other cities. Fluency in Polish is required.

Qualifications

• Holding the academic degree of habilitated doctor or the title of professor in the field of social sciences in the discipline of management and quality science.
• Significant, documented scientific achievements in accordance with the profile of the University.
• Ability to design, implement and report scientific research in social sciences, with documented achievements.

Responsabilités

• Designing, implementing and reporting scientific research in management and quality sciences.
• Assistance in designing and reporting research across social sciences related to AWS tasks.
• Designing and reporting development works related to AWS tasks.
• Developing draft impact programs for non-profit organizations and business representatives.
• Publishing in renowned journals and engaging in knowledge popularization.
• Leading research teams and other task forces, and supporting young AWS scientists.
• Preparing and conducting classes for students and postgraduate students.
