Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Product Owner to shape and deliver digital health solutions for oncology care teams, translating clinical needs into actionable requirements for development teams.

You will lead backlog definition, collaborate with developers, and ensure alignment with clinical workflows, EMR/EHR interoperability awareness, and regulatory requirements. Fluency in English and residency in Poland required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a product ownership or similar role within the healthcare domain, specifically in oncology.
• Direct experience in oncology care delivery, gained in a hospital, cancer center, or clinical network.
• Strong understanding of the oncology patient journey and the clinical workflow involved in cancer care.
• Familiarity with clinical data systems such as EMR and EHR, and awareness of interoperability challenges.
• Advanced level of English and residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Leading the definition phase to build the delivery backlog based on clinical needs and priorities
• Collaborating with the development team to refine and plan the delivery of value across sprints and iterations
• Supporting the Business Product Manager in processing customer requests and prioritizing the discovery backlog
• Contributing to the preparation of the feature and enabler backlog for upcoming Program Increments
• Socializing incoming features and enablers with the development team to gather feedback and align with PI objectives
• Incorporating clinical evidence into prioritization through real user observations and clinician feedback
• Learning and managing all functionality of the product and its requirements baseline
