Allegro Ltd. is seeking a senior Product Manager to shape the Rich Content vision across the Allegro marketplace, turning brand presence into engaging experiences from homepage to product pages.

You will own the roadmap for branded content, IGC, and UGC, build scalable pipelines, test hypotheses with AI tools, align multiple squads, and drive data-driven experiments to boost engagement and GMV.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in e-commerce or marketplaces.
• Hands-on product-builder mindset; comfortable using AI tools for rapid prototyping.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication at senior leadership level.
• Autonomy to lead initiatives across multiple teams from concept to rollout.
• English proficiency; Polish language skills are a plus.

In this role, you will shape the product vision for how brands show up on Allegro, turning brand presence into rich content experiences that buyers discover, trust, and return to. You will take end-to-end ownership of Rich Content across the marketplace - branded content, shoppable video, Influencer-Generated Content (IGC) and user-generated content (UGC) - making it a shopping entry point across the full customer journey (homepage, listings, product pages, brand stores), not just a decoration.

Main responsibilities:

Own the roadmap for Rich Content across the entire marketplace: branded content, shoppable video, Influencer-Generated Content (IGC), and user-generated content (UGC).

Build and scale the UGC and IGC pipelines - sourcing, incentivizing and moderating user & influencer video at scale across categories.

Integrate rich content into key touchpoints to drive discovery and conversion.

Manage content investments and scale delivery across branded, IGC and UGC sources.

Drive end-to-end discovery, using modern AI tools and rapid prototyping (vibe coding) to test hypotheses and ship fast.

Align diverse product teams, manage organizational dependencies, and lead strategic negotiations with senior stakeholders.

Run continuous data-driven experiments and track metrics focused on customer engagement and incremental GMV.

We are looking for people who:

Bring 5+ years of PM experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or content/video platforms.

Have a hands-on product-builder mindset, comfortable using modern AI tools for rapid prototyping and discovery.

Excel in stakeholder management and tough negotiations, with strong communication skills for senior leadership.

Are highly autonomous, capable of steering complex initiatives across multiple teams from concept to rollout.

Have professional working proficiency in English (Polish is a plus).
