Job summary

Tatari is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead upstream supply path features, APIs and scoring logic. You will work with engineers, data scientists, and US streaming publishers to define requirements and drive product delivery.

Hybrid/remote-friendly role based in Europe or Ukraine, with involvement in publisher integrations and performance monitoring. Strong discovery and PRD-writing skills are essential, as is fluency in English and Ukrainian.

Qualifications

4+ years of product management experience.
Technical depth in ad tech infrastructure; can discuss API design with engineers.
Hands-on experience with VAST and/or RTB integrations.
Strong data reasoning; ability to read performance reports and explain results.
Proven ability to write PRDs with clear requirements.
Fluent in Ukrainian and English; based in Europe or Ukraine.

Responsibilities

Own backend and API-side product work in the optimization layer (waterfall, prebid/auction, exclusion logic, scoring).
Create and manage Jira Epics, Confluence documents, and product-related artifacts.
Run product discovery with internal and external customers; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage publisher and partner integrations (VAST, RTB).
Monitor live campaigns, delivery and performance reports; escalate issues with AdOps and QA.
Collaborate with data science on the scoring model and translate it into requirements.
