Allegro Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Machine Learning Research team (Reco-Research) focused on personalization and discovery within Allegro's Recommendations platform.

The role centers on moving from problem framing to measurable business outcomes, with a temporary replacement contract of approximately 1.5 years, based in Warsaw. • Proven product management experience in digital products with ownership of medium-term objectives (6-12 months).
• Ability to define clear problem statements and measurable product outcomes, not only delivery outputs.
• Practical understanding of ML-enabled products and ability to cooperate with Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Strong business acumen with KPI-driven prioritization in e-commerce, advertising, or marketplace environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with Director-level and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to use AI-assisted discovery and synthesis methods to improve product decision quality.
• Strong analytics skills, including SQL literacy, experiment interpretation, and metric design for product outcomes.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Machine Learning Research team - supporting Reco-Research (personalization and discovery within Allegro's Recommendations platform). In this role, you will focus on moving from problem framing to measurable business outcomes. The preferred location for this role is Warsaw. This is an offer for a temporary replacement contract lasting approximately 1.5 years. You will work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to own product discovery and delivery for ML-powered capabilities. Team assignment will be discussed during the recruitment process based on your background and interests.

• Owning a core ML-powered product - scoring for Recommendations (Reco-Research) - through the full product lifecycle.
• Owning product discovery and delivery for ML-powered capabilities in close partnership with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Ensuring roadmap priorities maximize value, usability, feasibility, and viability for your product area.
• Scaling and evolving an established platform used across Allegro's recommendation surfaces (Reco-Research).
• Utilizing product management skills such as discovery frameworks, roadmap planning, KPI definition, and backlog prioritization.
• Collaborating on cross-functional planning with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams.
• Leveraging AI-assisted synthesis and hypothesis generation in product workflows.
• You will not be required to participate in Incident Response Readiness (Technical Standby Service).

This is the right job for you if:

• You have proven product management experience in digital products with ownership of medium-term objectives (6-12 months).
• You know English at least at a B2 level and Polish C1
• You have the ability to define clear problem statements and measurable product outcomes, not only delivery outputs.
