About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a visionary eye for UI to take ownership of our Business Client Portal. This role is not just about usability; it is about craftsmanship. We need a specialist who can transform complex B2B dashboards into intuitive, high-end experiences. You will focus heavily on the "feel" of the product—utilizing micro-interactions and animations to guide users and create a seamless, polished web interface.

Team: Business Client Portal

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design, with a significant focus on Web applications / SaaS.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio is non-negotiable. We want to see high-quality UI work, specifically highlighting micro-interactions, motion design, and complex web layouts.

Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of web technologies (CSS capabilities, animation libraries) to design feasible, high-performance solutions.

Toolstack: Mastery of Figma. Proficiency in motion/prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle, Protopie, or Rive) is required.

Language: Fluent in Polish and English.

Bonus: Experience in Fintech or Banking sectors.

Responsibilities

UI Mastery: Design aesthetically refined, modern interfaces for our B2B web portal.

Micro-interactions & Motion: Create and implement micro-interactions and animations that enhance usability and delight users (loading states, transitions, hover effects).

Complex Data Visualization: Translate heavy financial data and tables into clear, digestible, and visually appealing dashboards.

Prototyping: Build high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to demonstrate flow and motion to stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with Frontend Developers to ensure your animations and visual details are implemented pixel-perfectly.
