Next Step ABA in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking an experienced Product Designer for a full-time role as an NDIS Mental Health Recovery Coach. You will refactor code toward service-oriented architecture, collaborate across engineering, product, and operations, and solve complex problems for local businesses.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years design experience, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, strong communication, and a passion for scalable, high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software design experience.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong creative and innovative thinking.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
