Rate and location

Our rate: up to 130 PLN/h (B2B NET)

Due to our client requirement you'll have to be located in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user experiences for digital banking products (web and mobile).
• Create concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Conduct UX analysis (benchmarking, audits, qualitative and quantitative research).
• Participate in strategic workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define product direction.
• Support business decisions through analytical and data-driven design approaches.
• Ensure consistency and accessibility of designed solutions according to industry standards.
• Closely collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and other designers within cross-functional teams.
• Participate in iterative testing and validation of solutions with users.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in product design
• Experience in financial or corporate projects is a strong plus.
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset – ability to structure problems and design using a structured, component-based design approach.
• Proficiency in Figma and supporting design tools (e.g., Miro, Maze).
• Knowledge of methodologies such as Design Thinking, Product Design Sprint, UX Research.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and effectively communicate with business stakeholders.
• Experience in designing accessible and inclusive digital solutions.
• Capability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Nice to have: experience with design systems, understanding of digital banking and financial products.
