Job summary

Conscensia in Warszawa seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape end-to-end experiences for a modern SaaS platform in the PropTech space. You’ll lead craft, collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders, and raise the bar for design across the organization.

You’ll work on systems thinking, data-driven decisions, and an AI-enabled workflow, using Figma for prototyping and handoff. Ambiguity is expected and welcomed as you iterate toward the best user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing products, preferably at a product-driven technology company.
• Focus on systems thinking to create cohesive, scalable, and user-centric experiences by analyzing relationships across the product.
• An AI-native mindset - you naturally reach for AI tools to move faster, think sharper, and explore further.
• Familiarity with tools like Claude (research, writing, ideation), Cursor (AI-assisted prototyping and code exploration), Midjourney or Firefly (visual concepting), or Galileo / Uizard (rapid UI generation) is a genuine plus though we care more about curiosity and adaptability than any specific tool
• Strong communication and collaboration skills that make your designs, decisions, and ideas understandable and actionable to diverse cross-functional audiences
• A comprehensive understanding of modern interface design patterns and design systems
• Experience working with data to inform design decisions
• A genuine passion for crafting exceptional user experiences
• Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and handoff
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and iterating quickly based on feedback

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end flows and experiences for our web application, from early concept through to final UI
• Contribute to strategic design decisions around the future of the product
• Develop a deep understanding of our product, business model as well as customers, their organizations, and their work domain
• Serve as a cross-functional advocate for both business and user needs
• Reduce complex problems down to the right balance of ease-of-use and utility
• Design solutions that meet both customer and business needs
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product to craft thorough experiences that are a joy to use
• Orient solutions around clear goals, audiences, timeframes, and realistic technical capabilities while always pushing to deliver the best possible experience
• Hold a high quality bar and actively elevate the standard of craft across the team
• Elevate the role of design within the company through clear communication, strong output, and cross-functional partnership
• Lift the wider design team through critique participation, process improvement and collaboration across departments
• Balance sharp attention to detail with the ability to see and communicate the big picture

Our client develops a modern and open SaaS platform that serves as the backbone of their customers' property management operations. Their solutions manage complex workflows, deep business logic, and strong integrations - all within a clean and user-friendly interface. They are currently on an ambitious growth journey, evolving into an international PropTech SaaS provider. As a Lead UI Designer, you'll have a key role in shaping the visual identity of their products - ensuring a consistent, modern, and premium design language across the entire platform suite.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the end-to-end experience of our product. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn complex problems into clear, elegant, and usable solutions. From early discovery through to polished UI.
