Zensai is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Product Experience team and help shape the evolution of our AI-powered platform. You’ll own end-to-end design from research to delivery, collaborating with Product and Engineering and guiding senior stakeholders.
You’ll combine UI/UX fundamentals with product judgment, stay hands-on in Figma, and explore AI-enabled workflows to build a coherent, scalable experience for employees and admins.
Product design is changing. We’re looking for someone who wants to help shape what comes next. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Product Experience team and help shape some of the biggest changes happening across our product.
This isn’t a role where you’ll just be handed features to design. We’re exploring how Zensai evolves from a traditional SaaS product into a more intelligent, agentic platform, while also rethinking how our design team works as the distance between design, prototyping and code gets smaller.
We need someone who can drive design direction with Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders, but who is also happy to dive into the details using Figma, AI supported workflows, and beyond.
This is a full-time, permanent employment role (not a contractor position).
You’ve led design work, defined strategy, and worked with senior stakeholders. We’re interested in that experience, and so we’re deliberately not requiring a minimum of years. What matters more is what you can do.
You can zoom out and think about the bigger product and business picture, then zoom back in and make thoughtful UI or broader experience decisions. You’re comfortable moving between research, UX, UI, systems, and delivery.

We’re changing quite a lot at Zensai. Our product is evolving, Engineering is changing the way it works, and Design will become increasingly closely connected to it. Not every new idea will be immediately embraced. You’ll work with people who have strong opinions, and you’ll need enough conviction to push for something better while still understanding the technical reality.
Every day there’s new tools, new ideas, and new opportunities. We’re figuring it out as we go, and we don’t have all the answers yet. The ideal new team member would be flexible, curious, open-minded, and excited about the future of our industry.
If that sounds more interesting than intimidating, you’ll probably like it here.
At Zensai, performance, learning, and motivation go hand in hand. In this video, our Chief Human Success Officer, Nina Carøe, shares how we connect human ambition with real business impact
