Qualifications

• 10+ years in UX writing, content design or related field.
• Experience delivering in-product content for complex software.
• Experience building AI-native workflows.
• Distill complex topics into clear content.
• Define product direction with Product, Design, Eng., Research.
• Excellent storytelling and senior stakeholder influence.
• Customer-centered design with iterative, evidence-based decisions.
• Experience designing in-product onboarding and learning.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive content strategy across Forma Design and Autodesk's connected platform.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Research to integrate content early.
• Design learning and onboarding experiences that are intuitive and contextual.
• Pioneer AI-native content workflows, scaling output and quality.
• Develop scalable frameworks, governance models, and operating practices.
• Lead terminology, naming, and content system efforts for growth.
• Define success metrics and iterate using research and cross-functional input.
• Mentor strategists and share best practices to strengthen cohesion.
