Job summary

Intetics Inc. in Warsaw is seeking a Middle/Senior Power Platform Specialist to develop and maintain Power Apps, design Power Automate workflows, and optimize SharePoint lists for business apps.

You will gather requirements, implement scalable solutions, document work, train users, and ensure governance, security, and maintainability within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with several days per week on client site in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting Power Automate workflows.
• Experience designing and optimizing SharePoint Lists as data sources.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integrations.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and access management.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate into solutions.
• Experience creating technical documentation and user guidance.
• Ability to provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Willingness to attend client offices in Warsaw several days per week.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power Apps applications supporting ongoing business initiatives.
• Design, implement, and maintain Power Automate workflows to support business processes.
• Design, optimise, and maintain SharePoint Lists and related data structures.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support application rollout and adoption, including user training and guidance.
• Troubleshoot application and workflow issues and resolve defects.
• Establish and maintain Power Platform governance processes, development standards, and documentation.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organisational standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and deliver new functionality.
• Document solutions and support knowledge transfer to enable effective ongoing maintenance.
