Ctoem is seeking a System Architect for Inverter Systems to lead architecture, strategy, and technical direction across R&D projects. You will mentor engineers, oversee technology roadmaps, and present technical opportunities to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include defining topologies, integration strategies, and ensuring manufacturability and reliability while collaborating with PMO, sales, and manufacturing teams. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Over 8 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentations.
• Excellent technical writing for reports and analyses.
• Experience with PLC engineering change and quality systems.
• System lead/architect for complex products.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute technology platform definition and development for power converters from kilo to multi-MW scales.
• Define system vision and translate needs into clear technical requirements for presentation.
• Define converter topology and integration approach for new products.
• Handle complex design challenges with coordination requirements across teams.
• Provide direct support to PMO, sales, manufacturing and purchasing.
• Set technical direction on complex projects and problem solving guidance.
• Ensure designs meet manufacturability, testability and reliability criteria.
• Define electrical, mechanical, and software integration points.
• Represent the technical vision in customer and stakeholder meetings.
