Job summary

Senior Platform Security Engineer in Wrocław, Poland, the role focuses on automating platform security and golden-image hardening aligned to CIS Level 1 benchmarks across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will build security automation pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform, Chef Infra, and maintain Packer/Vagrant templates.

Hybrid by design with remote options within Poland and potential international relocation; options for international work up to 60 days per year and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in platform security engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of Level 1 CIS benchmarks and secure image creation workflows.
• Experience with cloud and on-premises infrastructure and automation pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Automate hardening of golden images to meet Level 1 CIS benchmarks.
• Build and maintain IaC pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform and Chef Infra.
• Develop and manage AWS infrastructure to support secure image creation.
• Create and maintain Packer and Vagrant templates for golden images.
• Configure Windows Group Policy Objects for Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security automation into workflows.
• Document processes and configurations related to image hardening and compliance.
