Inetum Polska is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join an agile platform engineering team. You will own the AWS-based Kubernetes platform (EKS), ensuring reliability, security and scalability across internal developer workflows.

You will automate provisioning with IaC and CI/CD, build observability with Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos and CloudWatch, and collaborate with the Developer Experience team to improve self-service and developer experience. Hybrid work: 3 days in office, 2 remote.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and operate production Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS.
• Ensure the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of the cloud platform.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS, S3, and Lambda.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployments using IaC and CI/CD practices.
• Build, maintain, and enhance observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos, and CloudWatch.
• Improve platform monitoring, operational visibility, and incident response capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Developer Experience team to create and improve internal developer self-service capabilities.
• Support the development of Golden Paths and standardized developer workflows.
• Continuously optimize cloud infrastructure, automation, security, and platform performance.
• Document infrastructure architecture, operating procedures, and technical changes.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure platform availability outside regular business hours.

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join agile platform engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering, maintaining, and continuously improving an AWS-based Kubernetes platform (Amazon EKS) that supports internal software development teams. The role involves ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and automation of the cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on enhancing internal developer self-service capabilities and improving Developer Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Proficiency in German enabling fluent communication

Hybrid work model:3 days from the office, 2 days of home office.
