Zusammenfassung

Parexel is seeking a Senior PK Analyst, remote-based but living in eligible countries, to lead PK/PD data programming and analysis within the CPMS team. You will derive PK/PD parameters and program NONMEM datasets, tables, listings, figures, and statistical appendices.

The role requires independent project work across clinical development, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with sponsors and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to ICH/GCP standards.

Qualifikationen

• 4-6 years programming experience using SAS and R (required).
• Expert knowledge of SAS (BASE, STAT, GRAPH) AND R (required).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft applications (required).
• Experience with Phoenix WinNonlin desirable.
• Knowledge of pharmacokinetic data desirable.
• Understand regulatory requirements concerning industry standards.
• Unix and/or Linux knowledge is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Derivation of PK and PD parameters.
• Programming and validation of NONMEM datasets and PK/PD derived datasets.
• Programming and validation of tables, listings, figures, and statistical appendices where applicable.
• Execute activities according to SOPs and timelines with high quality.
• Ensure deliveries match specifications and expectations.
• Apply good programming practices per ICH and GCP standards.
• Participate in or lead process/quality improvement initiatives.
• May serve as process/system owner with IT and Quality.
