Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an experienced Penetration Tester to lead complex engagements across applications, APIs, cloud and networks. You will design attack paths, perform safe exploitation, and validate remediation while ensuring high quality reporting.

We expect 5+ years in offensive security, strong cross‑domain experience, and the ability to mentor junior testers. The role is based in Warsaw with on‑site work and a broad benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in penetration testing, offensive security, adversary simulation, application security testing, or security research.
• Ability to lead complex penetration tests and act as escalation point for high‑risk findings.
• Experience identifying, exploiting, and chaining vulnerabilities across 3+ domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex penetration tests across applications, APIs, infrastructure, cloud, identity, networks, IoT, and enterprise environments.
• Design and execute attack paths, safe exploitation, evidence standards, reporting quality, and remediation validation.
• Translate findings into practical remediation with engineering and security teams.
• Mentor junior testers and drive methodology standardization and knowledge sharing.
