Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience.
• Recognized cybersecurity certifications (OSCP/OSWE or equivalent).
• Mentoring and guiding small delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end penetration testing lifecycle across applications, infrastructure and cloud environments, from scoping to reporting.
• Identify vulnerabilities through advanced testing and code or configuration reviews.
• Produce high-quality, client-ready reports with clear risk prioritization.
• Facilitate scoping discussions and stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor junior testers and ensure delivery quality and consistency.
