Job summary

Patrianna is seeking a Java Engineer to architect and build scalable backend services powering our global social gaming platform. You will contribute across the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment, delivering high-load systems capable of serving millions of players worldwide.

You will collaborate with product and dev teams in a fast-paced, AI-driven engineering culture that emphasizes code quality, reliability and rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Java core knowledge (Java 8+) and experience in building scalable backend services.
• Proven expertise with multithreading and high-load systems.
• Solid SQL knowledge and database optimization skills.
• Experience with Docker (docker swarm) and containerization.
• Excellent troubleshooting using production monitoring tools.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Experience with SPA and modern mobile/web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Write well-designed, testable and scalable code in a timely manner.
• Take part in the full development cycle from sprint planning to release cycles.
• Ensure smooth development and cooperation between dev teams and product owners.
• Build and maintain high-load systems that handle massive scale.
• Troubleshoot production issues using metrics, alerts, monitoring and profiling.
• Contribute to seamless scaling and automation initiatives.
