Job description

We’re hiring a senior paid media specialist to own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and selected external networks — with a single objective: consistent trial and pipeline growth in the US market.

Join if you’re analytical, self-directed, and comfortable being held accountable for direct outcomes. You’ll operate inside a fast-moving First Impression Experience team and leverage the reach of our product ecosystem — Text App, LiveChat, HelpDesk, ChatBot — to turn paid visibility into trials, trials into QLs, and QLs into revenue.

What you’ll do

Own the paid acquisition engine end-to-end: planning, execution, optimization, scaling.

Architect a clean, scalable campaign structure aligned with trial/QL goals.

Manage pacing, forecasting, and budget efficiency with clear guardrails.

Partner with Content, Video, Design, and Marketing Automation to improve conversion across the journey.

Maintain tracking hygiene (GA4, BigQuery, GTM, UTMs) and enhance attribution quality.

Deliver clear, actionable insights — what happened, why, and what we change next.

What good looks like (first 90 days)

Deliver a paid acquisition strategy tied to trial → QL → pipeline targets.

Restructure Google/Meta/LinkedIn campaigns for clarity, scale, and profitability.

Baseline CAC and conversion metrics; establish a weekly optimization rhythm.

Ship creative, audience, and landing page tests with measurable improvements.

Launch reporting that informs decisions — not dashboards with noise.

Required experience

4–6+ years running high-ownership paid acquisition for B2B SaaS.

Strong proficiency in Google Ads (Search/PMAX), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Demonstrated ability to reduce CAC and scale profitable channels.

Strong analytical capabilities: diagnosing issues, proposing fixes, and acting fast.

Practical experience with GA4, Looker/Tableau, UTMs, and conversion tracking.

Comfortable working cross-functionally.

Ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not tasks.

Skills and traits we value

Structured thinking and crisp communication.

Speed with discipline — you test fast, but with a clear hypothesis.

Curiosity about new ad formats, AI-driven bidding, and emerging channels.

High accountability and clarity in reporting.

Tools you’ll likely use

Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

GA4, BigQuery, Looker/Tableau

GTM, keyword tools, creative testing frameworks

LP optimization tools (Clarity)

Success metrics

QL + trials

CAC on paid channels

How we work

We’re a hybrid team – remote when it makes sense, onsite when it matters most.

Once per quarter, your whole team spends 5 working days together at our Wrocław office – a time for focused execution, unblocking work, and driving key outcomes.

Our office is open year-round – drop by anytime.

We don’t want you to worry about all the basic benefits - like a Multisport card, private health care, or a home office equipment budget.

What we really want you to feel and what we believe in is that the real benefits come from the culture we’ve built.

With a hybrid work model, unlimited paid days off and sick days policy, an environment focused on outcomes instead of worked hours, and people dedicated to their work, you’ll find a workplace where you can thrive.
