Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Developer to join a long-term project focused on maintaining, enhancing, and developing an existing Oracle E-Business Suite environment. This role is hands-on and requires strong technical expertise in EBS technologies.

You will work with business and technical teams to deliver enhancements, support custom solutions, and ensure the stability of the Oracle EBS ecosystem, including OAF, Forms, Workflows, and XML Gateway.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience with Oracle EBS Release 12 (R12).
• Hands-on development, maintenance, and customization of EBS.
• Experience with OAF, Forms, Workflows, OAP, XML Gateway.
• Strong PL/SQL and Concurrent Manager skills.
• Experience with EBS extensions and integrations.
• Analytical troubleshooting and improvement of existing EBS solutions.
• Good understanding of software development best practices.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing existing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) solutions
• Designing and implementing customizations and enhancements within the Oracle EBS environment
• Developing and supporting solutions based on Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflows, Oracle Analytics Publisher (OAP), and XML Gateway
• Creating and modifying concurrent programs and managing related processes using Concurrent Manager
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Oracle EBS platform
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Preparing technical documentation and supporting knowledge-sharing activities
• Contributing to release and deployment processes, including CI/CD initiatives where applicable

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Oracle EBS Developer to join a long-term project focused on the maintenance, enhancement, and development of an existing Oracle E-Business Suite environment.

This role is dedicated to supporting and extending a mature Oracle EBS platform through custom development, enhancements, and ongoing optimization. We are looking for a hands-on Oracle EBS specialist with strong technical expertise in EBS-specific technologies and frameworks, rather than an implementation or functional consultant.

You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver enhancements, maintain existing custom solutions, and ensure the stability and efficiency of the Oracle EBS ecosystem.

Your tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite
• Proven experience with Oracle EBS Release 12 (R12)
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS development, maintenance, and customization
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), including Personalization, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflows, Oracle Analytics Publisher (OAP), and XML Gateway
• Strong PL/SQL skills combined with experience in developing and supporting concurrent programs and using Concurrent Manager
• Experience working with custom Oracle EBS extensions and integrations
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance existing EBS solutions
• Good understanding of software development best practices
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• CI/CD experience in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion environments
• Oracle APEX knowledge
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion applications
• Previous work in regulated industries
• Familiarity with modern integration and automation practices
