Job summary

EPAM is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle EBS Developer to design, build, and support ERP solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite R12. You will own advanced development tasks including API creation, batch processes, and integrations across financial and supply chain modules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Applications developer, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle R12.
• Proven hands-on experience in at least 1 full-cycle Oracle ERP implementation.
• Expert-level PL/SQL coding and Oracle API development skills.
• Proficient with SQL Developer, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and working in a fast-paced Scrum/Agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and functional teams.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Oracle APIs, custom packages, and batch processes in Oracle EBS R12.
• Provide technical support across core Oracle modules including O2C, AR, AP, OM, and Inventory.
• Write high-performance PL/SQL code and database objects.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Oracle EBS Developer to design, build, and support complex technical solutions within our Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) environment. In this role, you will take ownership of advanced development tasks, including custom API creation, batch concurrent processes, and integrations across core financial and supply chain modules. You will work closely with functional analysts and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver scalable, high-performance ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex Oracle APIs, custom packages, and batch concurrent processes in Oracle EBS R12
• Provide deep technical knowledge and support across core Oracle modules, including Order to Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Order Management (OM), and Inventory
• Write high-performance PL/SQL code and database objects
• Utilize tools such as SQL Developer, GitHub for version control, and Jira/Confluence for tracking and collaboration within an Agile/Scrum framework
• Partner with business analysts, functional leads, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications
• Create clear technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices
• Contribute to modernizations or extensions using Oracle APEX where applicable (desirable)

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of overall experience as an Oracle Applications developer, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Oracle R12
• Proven hands-on experience participating in at least 1 full-cycle Oracle ERP implementation (end-to-end)
• Expert-level PL/SQL coding and Oracle API development skills
• Proficient with SQL Developer, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and working in a fast-paced Scrum/Agile environment
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and functional teams
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Forms development
• Development experience in Oracle APEX
