Please note that this is a full-time, permanent employment opportunity. Location: Warsaw, Poland

About the role

Your role will have a direct and tangible impact on building a strategic pillar of our business in Poland. If you’re ready to take full ownership of your work, build new programs, and shape the future of our vehicle supply - here’s your chance! You will be leading the local Fleets & Vehicles operations team, taking full accountability for the strategy, execution, and P&L of our vehicle financing programs. You will be reporting to the General Manager and working closely with other cross‑functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make cities more sustainable, accessible and affordable.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing the strategy for vehicle financing programs in Poland.
  • Taking full P&L ownership for the Vehicle Financing programs, managing budgets, and driving initiatives to ensure program profitability and positive IRR.
  • Leading the launch and scaling of pilot programs from end to end.
  • Managing and expanding our Fleet partnerships, ensuring strong relationships and high vehicle performance to maximize GMV.
  • Analyzing data – you will be monitoring fleet and vehicle performance, utilization, and financial metrics to ensure program health and act upon insights.
  • Advising and closely collaborating with HQ teams such as Product, Legal, or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives that drive the growth and efficiency of our vehicle programs.
About you:
  • You have at least 5-7 years of compatible experience (e.g., in high‑growth operations, business development, asset management, or launching new ventures).
  • You have proven experience managing complex teams and large‑scale projects.
  • You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Polish.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership, with a hands‑on, "get‑it‑done" approach; you are a hustler who doesn't stop after several obstacles a day.
  • You are highly analytical and numerically skilled, with the ability to interpret complex data, manage financial performance, and own a P&L.
  • Experience in asset financing, vehicle fleet management, or the car rental industry is a strong plus.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
