Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent through experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the operational reliability, resilience, stability, and continuous improvement of monitoring and observability platforms in a hybrid and complex environment.
- Acting as a senior technical leader for support activities (incidents, alerts, changes, problem management) and driving sustainable resolution of recurring issues.
- Collaborating with IT experts and stakeholders to capture and prioritize monitoring requirements while aligning with company objectives and risk constraints.
- Designing and leading implementations of monitoring, alerting, dashboarding, log ingestion, and automation solutions.
