Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Network Administrator to join our infrastructure team. You will manage production networks across global POPs, data centers, and backbone infrastructure, coordinating upgrades and ensuring operational excellence.

The role offers remote work flexibility and collaboration with engineers and vendors to optimize performance, security, and scalability of critical networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of production network experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with large-scale network operations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle management for production network platforms across global POPs and data centers.
• Plan and execute fleet-wide network upgrade initiatives ensuring readiness checks.
• Lead infrastructure rollout across global POPs, data centers, and backbone.
• Operate a lab to validate hardware, configurations, and automation tooling.
• Collaborate with engineers and vendors to resolve platform issues and manage escalations.
• Work cross-functionally to support scalability, compliance, and operational consistency.
• Develop runbooks and procedures for network changes and lifecycle activities.
