Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Consulting Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and providing technical support for client projects. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to deliver comprehensive technology solutions that support digital transformation and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technology solutions for clients
• Plan, configure, and troubleshoot systems and services
• Integrate and implement tools and service assurance systems
• Support presales activities and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Build test environments and resolve complex technical issues
• Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and client portals
• Influence solution architecture and service strategy
• Adhere to company policies and processes while effectively using available tools

Role-Specific Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and sales teams on strategy and deployments
• Lead implementation projects
• Improve and share field-developed solutions and methods
• Create and approve project documentation (HLD, LLD, implementation plans)
• Use test environments to resolve compatibility issues
• Configure and troubleshoot using programming tools
• Resolve complex technical issues within project scope

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in technical fields such as Computer Science)
• Min. 5 years of experience in implementing and troubleshooting IT security solutions
• Knowledge of security technologies: Network Access Control (ISE), VPN, network segmentation (firewalls, NGFW, NG IPS), Advanced Threat Response, Content Security (WSA, ESA), Cloud Security (e.g., Umbrella, Cloudlock), Secure Workload, Secure Network Analytics
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during migrations and implementations
• Fluent in English
• Certifications: CCNP/CCIE Security or equivalent; programming skills (Python) are a plus
