Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to help build the core architecture of our next‑generation platform. The role focuses on scalable microservices, cloud readiness, and cross‑platform support (Windows/Linux/macOS) with hybrid onsite work in Kraków/Warsaw.

You’ll work with .NET Core, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Ably, and evolving .NET Frameworks, while contributing to AI tooling and agent-driven development. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend development with .NET/.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience building large-scale web systems.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Good knowledge of relational databases.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable teammate.
• Wliterate in English communication.
• AI-first engineering approach is valued.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable microservices from ground up.
• Implement according to architectural and product design docs.
• Reverse engineer legacy business logic modules.
• Modernize legacy components to meet new requirements.
• Write clean, testable code (TDD).
• Participate in code reviews and set engineering guidelines.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps.
• Develop and maintain AI tooling and agents for platform.
