Job summary

Blue Water Shipping is growing its IT development team in Poland, with a Senior Developer role on the Integration team. You will design, build, and maintain seamless integrations across systems, collaborating with multiple application teams.

Strong backend skills, .NET Core proficiency, and experience with Azure services are required. The job offers a flexible hybrid model, occasional travel, and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Engineer or Master’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent IT experience.
• Proficient in using the .NET Core framework to build robust integration solutions.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, FTP, and Message Queues for system integrations.
• Familiar with Git and CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services: Storage, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and Service Bus.
• Strong problem solving, self‑motivation, and ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop .NET applications in C#.
• Integrate with existing systems using modern cloud services (e.g. RESTful APIs, Message Queues, microservices).
• Manage version control and automate deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot integration issues.
• Collaborate with application teams in an Agile environment.
• Guide and mentor colleagues through problem solving sessions.
