About the role

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join long-term enterprise banking projects delivered in structured development environments. You will work on complex business applications, cooperating closely with Analysts, QA Engineers and Product stakeholders. This role is dedicated to experienced developers (5+ years) who value clean code, testing, good architectural practices and high engineering standards.

Work model

Remote‑first with scheduled on‑site team meetings (2 days per month in Warsaw). Office presence is focused on team alignment, planning sessions and direct collaboration.

120 zł - 135 zł an hour

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using C# and .NET Core
• Implement frontend components using Angular and TypeScript
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases
• Develop and maintain system integrations (REST-based)
• Create and maintain unit and automated E2E tests
• Participate in system design and architectural discussions
• Maintain high code quality and code review standards
• Collaborate with Analysts, QA and DevOps teams

Required skills

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in software development

• Experience designing relational databases (SQL Server)
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Knowledge of software design and system architecture methodologies

• Polish: native or C2 level (required).
