Job summary

BELVEDERE in Wroclaw, Poland seeks an experienced .NET Core & Azure L3 Support Engineer on a 6-month contract. You will handle complex production incidents, perform root-cause analyses, and optimize cloud-native applications built on .NET Core and Azure.

The role blends development and operations, including monitoring, deployments, and automation opportunities. You will work with Azure services, REST APIs, and microservices in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with engineering and business

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of .NET/Cloud experience.
• Strong .NET Core, ASP.NET Core and C# skills.
• Experience building and supporting REST APIs and microservices.
• Azure services like App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus and Monitor.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD and release management.
• Troubleshooting via logs and debugging in distributed systems.
• SQL Server performance tuning and observability skills.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex production incidents in .NET Core and Azure environments.
• Investigate performance bottlenecks and implement fixes.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to prevent recurrences.
• Maintain and enhance apps using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C# and Web APIs.
• Monitor application health with Azure tools and respond to alerts.
• Coordinate deployments via CI/CD and release management.
• Collaborate with development, infra and business teams to ensure stability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work.
• Debug distributed systems and troubleshoot microservices.
• Optimize SQL Server queries and performance.
• Manage source changes with Git and GitHub workflows.
