Job summary

Software Mind Poland is hiring a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to build a high-availability platform for rental management. You’ll work on backend in .NET/C# and frontend with Vue.js 3, designing architecture and ensuring quality while delivering value in an Agile team.

You’ll design REST APIs, model data with EF Core, and participate in CI/CD automation. Weekend on-call duties may be required. Hybrid work and private benefits are provided during the collaboration.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience throughout the development cycle is essential.
• 5+ years as a Full-Stack Developer or similar product role.
• Proficiency in .NET/C# (preferably .NET 6+), API architecture and development.
• Hands-on experience with Vue.js 3, TypeScript and related ecosystem.
• Knowledge of relational databases and ORM (EF Core).
• Experience with unit/integration/E2E tests and CI/CD integration.
• Strong Git, code review and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test and implement features with high business value.
• Proactive improvement of delivery processes, code quality and automation.
• Design and implement services and REST APIs in .NET/C# with readability, performance and security in mind.
• Develop performance-focused, UX-optimized features.
• Data modeling and access with EF Core, plus query optimization and schema versioning.
• Integrate with payment providers and notification/analytics systems.
• Co-create architecture, manage configuration and secrets.
• Participate in code review, define standards and patterns, ensure robust test coverage.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps) for multi-environment deployments.
• Monitor observability metrics and respond to incidents.
• Work in Agile teams delivering continuous value and improvement.
