Paessler GmbH is seeking a Software Developer to design, build, and continuously improve features for enterprise customers in a vibrant, agile team. You’ll own architecture and code quality while exploring AI/ML integrations, massive-scale observability, and modern CI/CD practices across Linux, Windows, and macOS.

In this role you’ll shape the product with strong C#/.NET expertise, distributed systems know-how, and front-end familiarity, collaborating with a product manager and contributing to a

Competenze

• 6+ years of software engineering on the .NET platform with deep mastery of C#.
• Extensive experience with .NET Core 9+ and high-performance paradigms.
• Experience designing and debugging high-concurrency distributed systems.
• Hands-on in Linux and Windows service deployment (macOS a plus).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, schema design, and enterprise DB integration.
• Frontend proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows including GitLab and Jira.
• Familiarity with AI-driven coding tools to accelerate delivery.
