Job summary

Relativity in Kraków, Poland, is seeking an Advanced Software Engineer (.NET) to build cloud-native storage capabilities powering RelativityOne. The role focuses on backend services with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and scalability.

You will work with Azure Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, and gRPC services, contributing to a multi-tenant platform and end-to-end delivery across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong C#/.NET Core development skills.
• Experience with Azure-based storage and cloud-native services.
• Knowledge of distributed storage, partitioning, and performance.
• CI/CD using GitHub Actions and production deployments.
• Fluent English communication.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate backend services for unstructured storage.
• Develop Azure storage solutions (Blob Storage, Cosmos DB) with lifecycle policies.
• Design service-to-service communication using gRPC and REST.
• Lead architectural design reviews and promote cloud-native patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability with instrumentation.
• Collaborate with product, SRE, and security teams end-to-end.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
