Job summary

ITConnect seeks a senior backend-focused .NET engineer to join the Sciworm team in Poland. You will develop and maintain backend capabilities supporting scientific workflow management, collaborating with technical colleagues and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

Expertise in .NET/C#, MS SQL, and Azure is required, with a strong emphasis on secure, scalable architecture and high-quality delivery in a consulting context.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
• Strong MS SQL skills, including relational models and queries.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs with .NET/C#.
• Design reliable data access and persistence solutions using SQL.
• Contribute to secure, maintainable application architecture.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and domain teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Support engineering quality via testing, reviews, troubleshooting, and improvement.
• Contribute to delivery and deployment practices in the Azure ecosystem.
