Job Overview
We develop enterprise backend systems based on the Microsoft ecosystem, Azure, integrations with AI components and process automation. We need someone who knows .NET well, understands cloud engineering and can build production-ready solutions, not just services that run locally.
This role is for someone who values solid backend development, clean architecture, strong engineering practices and working close to real business needs.
What You Will Build
- Backend services in .NET and C#.
- APIs and integration components for an enterprise platform.
- Solutions based on Azure and cloud services.
- CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Components supporting process automation and AI integrations.
- Data, messaging and external service integrations.
- Solutions designed for security, observability and maintainability.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend applications in .NET.
- Build APIs and integration components.
- Work with Azure services and cloud-native architecture.
- Design clean and modular application architecture.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate backend solutions with automation and AI components.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ensure code quality, testability and maintainability.
- Participate in technical decisions and architecture reviews.
- Support the team in applying strong engineering practices.

Requirements
- At least 4-5 years of commercial .NET experience.
- Strong C#, ASP.NET Core and Web API skills.
- Experience with Azure and cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Good SQL and database knowledge.
- Understanding of clean code, design patterns and application architecture.
- Basic Python knowledge or willingness to work with Python-based components.
- English suitable for daily communication.
- Ownership mindset and ability to work with requirements that are not always perfectly defined.
Nice to Have
- Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio.
- React or TypeScript.
- Experience in enterprise projects.
- Experience with business process automation.
- Experience with systems requiring strong security standards.
