Job summary

RWS is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Engineer to design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will work on internal and client projects, independently or with a Lead Developer, ensuring delivery within scope and timelines.

The role involves creating APIs, integrating with cloud services, and contributing to testing, documentation, and continuous improvement. Strong MuleSoft expertise and certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development or integration projects.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Experience with API design, microservices, and cloud integration.
• MuleSoft certifications (Developer, Architect) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participates in integration project analysis - gathers and evaluates business and technical requirements, prioritizes them, and estimates effort and complexity.
• Designs and develops APIs and integration flows using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and related tools, following best practices and company standards.
• Defines and executes functional and performance tests for MuleSoft APIs and integrations; automates testing where applicable.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation including integration designs, API specifications (RAML), and deployment guides.
• Provides maintenance and support for MuleSoft applications and integrations, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement based on user feedback.
• Delivers 3rd-level support for MuleSoft-based systems and integrations used internally or by clients.
• Provides consultancy and shares MuleSoft expertise with developers, IT staff, and business stakeholders.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of integration development processes and practices.
• Keeps up-to-date with MuleSoft platform updates, integration trends, and best practices; specializes in areas aligned with company needs.
• Reports progress regularly on assigned integration tasks and projects.
