Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Microsoft SQL Server experience in a HA environment.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server in a high-availability setup.
• Skills in SQL queries, performance tuning, and analysis.
• Knowledge of PowerShell.
• Good knowledge of various Git flows.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Fluent Polish required.
• Residing in Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Working on robustness improvement projects.
• Participating in designing, implementing, and operating solutions to enhance the database stack.
• Enhancing and automating database operations.
• Developing the monitoring and alerting stack for the application databases.
• Working on daily operational tasks, including database change management.
• Providing tools to developers to become autonomous.
• Participating in rotating on-call duties.
