Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of high-availability SQL Server setups.
• Proficient in performance tuning and query optimization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in designing and implementing database enhancement solutions.
• Automate database operations and enhance monitoring tools.
• Manage database change requests and troubleshoot issues.

Skills

Microsoft SQL Server experience in a HA environment

Collaborating with the developers, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions aimed at enhancing the database stack. Your responsibilities

• Working on robustness improvement projects
• Participating in designing, implementing, and operating solutions to enhance the database stack together with developers
• Enhancing and automating database operations
• Developing the monitoring and alerting stack for the application databases
• Working on daily operational tasks, including database change management, query fine-tuning, and troubleshooting
• Providing tools to developers to become autonomous in their daily data operations
• Participating in rotating on-call duties

Our requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Microsoft SQL Server experience in a HA environment
• Good knowledge of SQL Server in a high-availability setup
• Skills in SQL queries, performance tuning, and analysis
• Knowledge of PowerShell
• Good knowledge of various Git flows
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
