Job summary

VGW is seeking a Senior QA Engineer in Poland to own end-to-end QA strategy, release quality, and app stability for Monopoly Match across mobile builds and backend integrations. You will lead QA across iOS/Android, verify complex mobile integrations, and partner with external QA teams to set benchmarks and reduce post-release issues.

The role emphasizes deep mobile testing expertise, strong documentation, and collaboration with product, engineering, and studios to ensure high-quality releases

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in testing native iOS and Android mobile applications, including device performance and OS-level edge cases.
• Proven track record of defining QA processes, test plans, and documentation from scratch.
• Solid understanding of backend and API integration testing, HTTP protocols, REST endpoints, and client-server architectures.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills to track down performance bottlenecks, freezes, and stability bugs on mobile devices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge internal product/engineering teams with external studio partners.
• A genuine interest and passion for mobile games, ideally casual or Match-3 titles.

Responsibilities

• Defining, standardizing, and leading the overarching QA strategy, test plans, and release criteria across the entire Monopoly Match product lifecycle.
• Performing hands-on testing and verification across iOS and Android builds, ensuring high build integrity prior to Google Play Store and Apple App Store submissions.
• Verifying complex client-side mobile integrations with VGW backend microservices.
• Collaborating closely with external studio QA teams to establish quality benchmarks, track down crash and performance bottlenecks, and drastically reduce post-release bugs.
