Job summary

instinctools seeks a Senior ML Engineer (Routing) to design and build ML systems powering ETA accuracy and routing quality at scale. You will work with deep learning models, geospatial data pipelines, and low-latency production serving.

The role involves end-to-end ML lifecycle management, experiments, and collaboration with backend and product teams to extend ETA capabilities across verticals. 6+ month project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ML engineering, with production deep learning experience.
• Experience building regression/forecasting ML systems.
• Expert Python and data libraries (PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).
• Ability to design end-to-end ML systems from data to production.
• Experience with MLOps and production model lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ML models to improve routing ETA estimates.
• Develop traffic-estimation models from GPS data for speeds.
• Work on map-matching and spatial aggregations for modeling.
• Improve ETA and rerouting logic to reflect changing conditions.
• Collaborate with backend to deploy low-latency production services.
• Own ML lifecycle: monitoring, drift detection, retraining pipelines.
